ABOUT US
The group of companies Nur-Tas LLP, Altyn-Adam Kurylys LLP was created in 1998 to work in the construction design.
The main idea for the creation of the company was the development of a complete package of design and estimate documentation for construction, including not only standard construction sections, but providing Customers with a full range of services with connection of utility networks, detailed development of technological solutions, legal support and engineering monitoring.
Having many years of experience in similar work, carrying out projects in several countries with our specialists, we tried to collect all the best and most advanced methods for the convenience of our Customers, and build work on the “One Contact” principle. The work of our employees is focused not only on the Customer’s trained engineering and technical personnel, but also on Customers who do not have technical specialists of the required profile on their staff.
We hope that our developments in this area will be necessary and useful to our current and potential partners and Customers.

- Development of master plan schemes, including urban planning and detailed planning plans
- Development of cost estimate documentation
- Development of construction organization projects and projects for the production of works
- Adaptation of project documentation, according to the requirements of the SN RK for the passage of various examinations and construction
- Support of construction projects from obtaining initial permissive documentation, conducting design and quality control of design documentation of related organizations, preparation and passing of various projects, according to the requirements of RK standards, organization of independent control of construction, including design and estimate documentation, quality of construction, etc., directly during the production of construction and installation works by contractors
